Trial fees are generally non-refundable once access, scheduling, or communication for the trial has been initiated, unless we decide otherwise in a specific case.
Mentorship payments are generally non-refundable once onboarding, scheduling, session planning, material access, or live teaching has started.
If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, you may contact us with proof. Verified duplicate payments may be refunded or adjusted.
If payment is deducted but access is not confirmed, please contact us with transaction details. Access or refund action, if applicable, will be reviewed after payment verification.
Improper chargebacks, payment disputes after receiving access, or policy abuse may lead to suspension of access and rejection of future enrolment.
In exceptional cases, we may choose to provide a partial refund, transfer, reschedule, or credit at our sole discretion.
